12:00pm - Bride and bridesmaids arrive/start getting ready at the bridal suite @ Paradise Cove
4:20pm - Groom and groomsmen arrive at Paradise Cove
4:30pm - Photographer arrives for detail shots
5:00pm - Bride and groom first look and personal vows
5:15pm - Wedding party photos
5:30pm - Guests begin to arrive
5:40pm - First boat shuttle departs from Grand Beach Resort
5:45pm - Groom and groomsmen get ready for entrance
6:00pm - 6:20pm - Ceremony
6:20pm - Cocktail hour begins
6:20pm - Photos for bride, groom, and family begin
7:20pm - Guests find reception seats/move to reception area
7:25pm - First dance
7:30pm - Toasts
7:40pm - Buffet to open
8:00pm - Sunset photos for bride and groom
8:25pm - Cake cutting/smore station opens
8:30pm - Dancing
10:00pm - Shuttle back opens
10:58pm - Last dance
11:00pm - Boat exit - guests sent to see the bride and groom off
12:00am - Last shuttle ride
